About PillarGuard
PillarGuard is a workplace environmental, health and safety (EHS) platform operated by Four Pillars Alliance LLC. It is provided to client companies and used by their employees and contractors to record and manage safety information. Your use of PillarGuard is also governed by your employer's agreement with Four Pillars Alliance and your company's policies.
Using PillarGuard
- Use your own login and keep it private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Enter accurate information. Safety records, signatures and approvals in PillarGuard may be used for regulatory and company recordkeeping.
- Do not attempt to access another company's data or interfere with the service.
- PillarGuard supports, but does not replace, your company's safety procedures, training and supervision.
- Where AI-assisted features are turned on, suggested values are provided to save typing and must be checked by the user; Four Pillars Alliance does not warrant that a suggestion is correct.
SMS Terms
Program: PillarGuard Safety Notifications from Four Pillars Alliance — workplace safety and compliance notifications such as corrective actions assigned or overdue, lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety alerts, equipment maintenance due, and vehicle and training expirations. No marketing messages.
Opt-in: Texts are optional. Opt in inside PillarGuard under Profile → Phone Notifications → Text messages by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box (see the opt-in form). Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase.
Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. You can also turn texts on or off in your PillarGuard profile.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how your mobile number and consent are handled — we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PillarGuard available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
